Paul Carroll, Independent Non-Executive Chairman

With over 20 years of public company exposure spanning various market sectors, Paul is a highly proficient public market Director.

As a founding member and investor in multiple innovative companies throughout the UK, U.S.A and Canada spanning iGaming, manufacturing, technology, cannabis and hospitality Paul is regarded as a highly experienced serial entrepreneur.
Paul specialises in sustainable business modelling, growth capital financing and more recently public & private mergers and acquisitions.

Since 2014 Paul has made his mark on the digital currency and blockchain landscapes whilst working alongside the likes of bitcoin.com and crypto.com

Paul currently holds senior leadership and advisory positions with several high growth organisations such as InterBlock a diversified technology company, NE-Eco Packaging a U.S.A facing state of the art liquid manufacturing facility and ProTunes the world’s largest B2B independent music sync, licensing and royalty payment business.

Paul is also a Director of NE-10 ltd. which is currently providing financing for GCG under a Convertible Loan Facility.

John Michael Croft, Independent Non-Executive Director

John is a well-regarded Board Director with extensive experience of bringing Corporate Governance disciplines to Boards of public and private companies alike, having served also on numerous Board committees in a recent career which has focussed particularly on international companies in the Financial Services, Resources and TMT sectors.

John has extensive experience in Asia having served on Boards of companies based in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Australia which have been listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is currently non-executive Chairman of AiM quoted Adamas Finance Asia Ltd. He is also a non-executive Director at Brazilian Nickel Ltd which is developing a Nickel and Cobalt project in North East Brazil.

Up till recently he has also been non-executive Chairman at Goal Group Ltd a global leader in securities class action recoveries and withholding tax reclamation. Previously John held senior Director level positions at Racal Electronics and NCR Corporation following an early career in Banking with HSBC and Citibank.
